The requests are logged and processed in our Incident management tool (Ticketing system). The customer infrastructure is monitored in our operations center around the clock. Identified service disruptions and anomalies are reported to the service team and addressed immediately.
Development of CD (Corporate Design) conforming Microsoft templates for Word, Powerpoint and Outlook in English and German. The templates are manageable using a toolbar integrated into the applications. The toolbar facilitates writing letter, minutes, etc. Because the system is directly linked to the companies Active Directory contact information can be quickly and easily inserted into documents.
Analysis of a legacy Access database used in production. Conversion of the database to Access 2007. Removal of data protection mechanisms to enable database conversion. Analysis and re-design of roles and permissions. Roll-out, training and hand-over of the new database.
