Bob de Boers is the founder, owner and Managing Director of D-ploy GmbH. After his Technical Computer Science university studies in the Netherlands, he acquired more than 20 years’ experience in various IT roles in international insurance, banking and pharmaceutical corporations.
As a certified project manager, he sees his strengths in the delivery of complex strategic projects that focus on collaboration among people. Prior to founding D-ploy in 2003, Bob was a Business Area Manager for Microsoft and Unix Engineering for a leading Swiss system integration provider. His passion is in making the impossible possible and motivating all involved while always keeping a keen eye on timelines and costs.
Lukas Pitka started to work in IT and business consultancy roles during his studies at the University of Economics in Prague, where he also obtained his master’s degree in Information Systems Management.
During his professional career in various IT and software development companies, Lukas was mainly focused on providing process and business systems related consultancy services, as well as managing business system implementation projects for international clients.
Lukas joined D-ploy in April 2014 in the role of Head of D-ploy Group IT. His priority was the redesign and implementation of new internal information systems, as well as leading the transition of Internal IT into a service provided to D-ploy customers (outsourcing of IT processes). As of October 2017 Lukas took over the COO role with the main focus on further improvement and streamlining of processes within D-ploy Group.
Lukas Kanka completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology in Brno, Czech Republic. After graduation, he started to work in IT.
During the 10 years spanning his professional career in pharmaceutical and retail environments, he held several technical, project management and service delivery roles within infrastructure teams of international companies. Lukas joined D-ploy in January 2013 in the role of Country Manager for the Czech Republic based in Prague. His priority is to build a team in Prague closely aligned with the international D-ploy group, building upon the success factors of providing cost efficient and solid quality services to our customers.
Offering 12 years of IT Service expertise and 8 years of management experience combined with entrepreneurial, team building and implementation skills, Lorenz joined D-ploy Germany in 2011.
His ability to implement strategic customer plans and develop high performing teams helped D-ploy Germany double its business during the last couple of years.
Since January 2016, Lorenz is the Country Manager in Germany, leading a self-confident team, built of respected, reliable and highly skilled individuals.
As a goal-oriented, self-driven professional Mehmet Dogan is able to energize teams, visualize objectives, set priorities and remove obstacles.
After his vocational training as foreign trade merchant and his studies in Economical Informatics at Cologne Universities of Applied Sciences, Mehmet started working as an IT Consultant.
While gaining distinctive experience in various IT fields, business development and quality management for regulated industries, Project and Service Management, he joined D-ploy in 2011.
From February 2016 Mehmet Dogan acts as Country Manager of D-ploy Switzerland GmbH. As of April 2016, he is also responsible for the business development of the D-ploy Group in his role of Chief Commercial Officer.
Mehmet is known for leading multi-disciplinary teams, analytical problem solving skills and a strong quality orientation.
Nadine Jenni has almost 10 years of work experience within IT Quality Management departments in the regulated pharmaceutical environment. She joined D-ploy in May 2014 as Senior Quality Manager and took over the role as Head of Quality Control in October 2014. As Head of Quality Control Nadine focused on the definition, implementation and operation of revised Audit Management and Non-Conformity Management processes including the planning and execution of internal Audits and acting as the Single Point of Contact for external audits. In addition, Nadine supported the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification activities.
Nadine enriches the Management team as an efficient and results driven person with great coordination and management skills. She is confident in leading teams and has advanced negotiation skills.
As of January 2018 Nadine Jenni took over the role as Chief Compliance Officer of D-ploy Group. Her main focus lies on ensuring audit readiness at all times as well as further business development by providing compliance support to all company functions.
Since obtaining his Degree in ‘Computing and Information systems’, Paul Liles has worked for over 20 years in various IT roles within the Pharmaceutical and Banking Industries.
He has a strong background in both IT Service Management and leading global teams, specializing in the areas of IT Service Desk, IT Asset Management, and Software Licensing. Paul’s main objective is to lead and drive D-ploy in the UK, Ireland and the US. He will focus on building a strong and motivated team that supports local customer bases in collaboration with the other D-ploy entities, whilst providing consultancy services for strategic customer initiatives.
